1. Purpose of the Service

Livejanata offers market research services, massive statistical analysis, interpretation of demographic databases, retail consumer trends, and large-scale user preferences. The results of econometric projections and business diagnostics are provided for informational and decision-support purposes, without guaranteeing specific business outcomes.

2. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful data when required for the provision of the service.
  • Not use the reports, projections, or seminars for illegal purposes or contrary to professional ethics.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of platform access credentials.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize the content without the express authorization of Livejanata.
3. Limitations of Liability

Livejanata shall not be liable for:

  • Business decisions made based solely on our projections or analyses.
  • Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of the service.
  • Errors in data provided by third parties or by the user themselves.
  • Service interruptions due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, or causes of force majeure.

Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last twelve months.

4. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, econometric models, seminars, and materials generated by Livejanata are the exclusive property of the firm. The user receives a limited, non-transferable license for internal use. Assignment or sublicensing is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Duration and Termination

These terms remain in effect as long as the user accesses the service. Livejanata may suspend or terminate access if the user breaches any clause. In the event of termination, the user must cease using the materials and destroy any copies in their possession.

6. Modifications

Livejanata reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
